Doctor Kimberly George received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in 1993. She undertook research studies for several years while earning a Masters degree in Immunology and Microbiology from the Medical College of Virginia (MCV). Later, she decided to complement her research skills with a clinical career in medicine and graduated from medical school at MCV in 2002. She completed training in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at MCV and is board certified in the fields of both adult and pediatric medicine. She then pursued additional training in the specialty of Allergy and Immunology at MCV, completing her fellowship training in June of 2009. She joined Allergy and Asthma Specialists of Virginia in July of 2009. She loves caring for patients of all ages and has a particular interest in the ever-evolving area of food allergy. Dr. George has lived in Central Virginia area for 30 years. When she isn’t busy caring for her three young sons, she enjoys the outdoors, photography, and music.
