Appointments are required before receiving medical care. Due to the limited availability of appointments, we charge a $25 fee for missed appointments. If you cannot make your appointment, please call within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so that another patient can be seen.
To make an appointment, please call one of the offices during office hours. If no one is available to answer your call, leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you soon. If you have private insurance, please tell the name of the carrier and care plan to the office representative when you call.
